Breathwork, Meditation & Reiki Circle

Are you feeling called to a Circle? Do you feel you are holding on to past traumas, resentment or stagnant energy? Do you struggle to let things go? This Circle is all about moving through those hard emotions together, learning self-awareness and beginning to let go of the opinions of others. I will guide you through a transformative meditation, breathwork, reiki & journaling session. We lean into deep trust and allow space for guidance and healing. You will also have the chance to pull a card if you feel called to do so at the end of the circle. When: Sunday 1st Oct 2022 Time: 10am - 1130am Where: Bingara Gorge, Wilton (address will be provided upon booking) What to bring: a blanket, pillow, your personal journal or diary (yoga mats, blocks and lavender eye pillows will be provided) What to expect: These Circles and the breathwork sessions can bring up a lot of emotion. They are perfectly safe but you may feel emotional for a day or two post circle. During this Circle images and video will be shot for marketing purposes. By purchasing a ticket you consent to being in shot and images/videos shared online.
