Online Women’s Circle - Nervous System Reset & Energy Alignment A small, intimate online women’s circle designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system, and realign your energy. In this guided session, you’ll be gently led through a combination of energy healing, nervous system regulation practices, vagus nerve activation, and inner healing techniques to help your body move out of stress and back into safety. This space is intentionally kept small, a maximum of four women so that everyone can feel supported, seen, and held by me. Together we’ll slow down, release tension from the body, and create space for deeper alignment and inner calm. During this circle you’ll experience: • Guided nervous system reset practices • Vagus nerve activation techniques • Conscious energy healing and alignment • Gentle inner healing and grounding • A safe, supportive space to reconnect with yourself This is perfect if you’ve been feeling: – overwhelmed or anxious – disconnected from your body – energetically out of balance – in need of deep rest and reset Leave the session feeling calmer, more grounded, and energetically aligned. ✨ Camera on if you feel comfortable so I can connect with your field ✨ You will need a pen, journal and a quiet space ✨ Live but will be recorded if you miss it Come as you are, soften into the space, and allow your nervous system to return to safety.
