Service Description

You are invited to a day of healing. A day just for you. To nourish your nervous system, settle your mind and deepen your healing journey. My name is Courtney Love and I am a Holistic Health Coach, Reiki, Breathwork & Yoga Practitioner. My soul purpose of creating Bend is to be there right beside you, guiding you to live a more peaceful and present life. I have created this retreat for those feeling the pressure of life. For those wanting to heal their nervous system, release anxiety, lower stress levels and genuinely start to feel lighter and more aligned. During the day you will participate in Yoga, Meditation, Visualisation, Active Breathwork, Journaling, Reiki, Body Energetics, Mindful Painting & nature walks. I have deliberately chosen these modalities as I truly believe they are the best combination for your body and your mind. The day will include a beautiful spread of nourishing food. Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. We will be journaling, connecting and making life-long friends who are on the same journey as we are. Everything will be provided for you, all you have to bring is yourself and an open mind. Cedar Springs is located just 1.5 hours drive from Sydney. The property is a secluded hideaway burrowed into Saddleback Mountain, situated on 100acre’s of lush green rolling hills, skimming the coastline of Kiama in NSW Australia. Please ensure you have a clearance from your doctor if you have any previous injuries. Due to the nature of the event, refunds unfortunately won't be accepted. You may transfer your ticket to someone else, but please email info@bendbycourtney.com to let me know the name of the person taking your spot.
