How long until I receive my meditation?
Once you purchase, you'll receive your questionnaire straight away. After you submit your answers, please allow 2 business days for your personalised meditation to be created and delivered to your inbox.

How do I receive it?
Your finished 20-minute audio will be sent directly to the email you used at checkout. No app, no login, just download it and listen whenever you need it. It will be sent via DropBox. Please ensure there are no spelling errors in your email address. 

What do I need to do after I purchase?
You'll get a short questionnaire to fill in, a few honest questions about what's going on for you right now, what you're carrying, and what you need. The more open you are, the more this meditation will actually speak to you.

What if I don't know what to write in the questionnaire?
That's completely normal, you don't need to have it all figured out. Just answer as honestly as you can in the moment. There's no wrong answer here.

Can I use it more than once?
Yes. This is yours to keep and return to as many times as you need, before bed, during a hard week, whenever you need to come back to yourself.

Is this a replacement for therapy or medical care?
No. This meditation is a nervous-system and energetic support tool, not a substitute for therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. If you're navigating something serious, please continue working with the right professional alongside this.

Can I request changes after I receive it?
Because this is fully personalised to what you share in your questionnaire, refunds and edits aren't available once it's delivered. 

Is this a one-off purchase or ongoing?
This is a one-time purchase for one personalised meditation. If you would like to receive on-going audios, please email info@bendbycourtney.com & we can discuss the options for this. 

What you share with me in your questionnaire is yours, and it stays that way. Your answers are used for one purpose only, to personally write and create your meditation,  and are never shared, sold, or discussed with anyone else.

Your responses are stored privately and are only ever seen by me. Please note that this offering is not a substitute for therapy or professional mental health support, and if you're navigating something serious, I'd always encourage you to have the right professional alongside you as well.

You can be as open and honest as you need to be here. This is a safe space, that's the whole point.
