Courtney is amazing at what she does. I have been a member of the Bend online yoga forum and the Mindset Program for some time now. I have gained so much from these memberships, Courtney's yoga teaching style is easy to follow and enjoyable, I never feel out of my depth or intimidated. She has a gentle, natural way to encouraging me to push myself and grow.I particularly enjoy the breathwork and yin yoga classes.  As a busy professional I have been searching for a long time to find easy ways to incorporate mindfulness and self care into my routine and Courtney has made this so incredibly easy and enjoyable.
