We’re honoured to have Brooke Holloway guiding our daily Pilates sessions at the retreat. Brooke brings a beautiful blend of strength, alignment, and intentional movement, focusing on posture, core stability, mobility, and overall physical wellbeing. Her breath-led, mat-based classes are designed to support every body, at every level, in feeling strong, open, and grounded.
Brooke’s approach is gentle yet powerful, helping you reconnect with your physical health while cultivating more ease, awareness, and trust in your body. Her sessions will leave you centred, energised, and deeply supported throughout your retreat experience.

Luxury single bed in a shared room. Your own bed. You’re welcome to book this room with a friend, or come solo and we’ll thoughtfully pair you with another beautiful soul. Retreats have a magical way of turning strangers into friends! I promise you will be so comfortable.

Luxury Queen Bedroom with shared bathroom. There are only 2 of these available so be quick if you'd like this option. You will only be sharing a bathroom with one other woman as the others are upstairs.
